Member of the Barreau du Québec since 1978, David Ironside is working for the Local Lodge 1751 since 2001. Highly qualified, his expertise is very beneficial to our membership. His assignment consists in pleading CSST cases in front of the Commission des Lésions Professionnelles for members experiencing problems and he also represents members in front of the CLP in matters of controversy with the employer.
For appointment, all cases must first be submitted to the President Marcel St-Jean. Should your situation requires Mr. Ironside’s intervention, different steps will be initiated. A hearing date will be fixed and he will plead your defence in front of the appropriate court of justice.
